Staff and Volunteers

Become a volunteer! MDR wants you! To produce a successful race and a successful race series, we not only need drivers and co drivers, we need volunteers too. Without volunteers, MDR would not be successful. MDR depends on its volunteers to fill various positions before, during, and after the race. Following is a list of some available positions.

- Timing/Scoring

MDR is looking for dedicated individuals who are not afraid to get dirty and have fun! Even though volunteering can be hard work, there is plenty of time to have fun and go home with a ton of memories.

If this sounds like fun, just call or e-mail us. If you don't have a 4 wheel drive or race radio, don't worry, we can still use you. Also if you can volunteer for only half a day, let us know and come on out. We have spots available for you. The only requirement to become a volunteer is that once you commit to MDR, please let us know at least 4-5 days before race day or course set-up day if you cannot make it. We count on you! MDR leaves the office approximately 3-4 days before race day to set-up for race day.

No experience is necessary for most volunteer positions. We will give you a lesson on what to do. Some positions do require some experience.
